"The Afrikaners of today is the Dutch in 50 years time" - Martin Bosma

Aunty Helen Zille is in trouble again. Nothing new. She was always in trouble with the Apartheid government and is now almost permanently in trouble with her darling ANC regime she helped to bring to power…and with her own party.

Helen Zille
Mandela shirt, Helen? [Facepalm]
Look, ever since she called a ghostbuster to drive out evil spirits from Leeuwenhof, I don’t really take her seriously.

Ghosts keeping Zille company

Premier Zille unphased by friendly ghosts

…But what I like about her is that she gets up the noses of the ANC and the libtards in her own party, by saying things straight out and speaking the truth…well, sometimes…and she has red hair, which is always a good start for a woman. They say that red heads normally have 2 hp more than the others.

An example of her fieriness is the time she tweeted that Colonialism was not all bad.

Helen Zille: Colonialism wasn't only negative

People, and even her token black party-leader, Mmusi Maimane, attacked her for saying that Colonialism gave them “an independent judiciary, transport infrastructure, piped water, specialized health care and medication…”

Of course, what inspired Zille to tweet that is that she was getting on a plane and switching off her Wi-Fi at the time…all thanks to “Oppresive Colonialism”.

The Blacks and white libtards reckoned she implied that blacks would not have been able to develop all of that by themselves.

Nou ja…living in Africa for 400,000 years and you haven’t even invented a piss-pot or a wheel yet, before Colonialism brought it to your doorstep…I think Helen Zille made a fair and logical deduction, but oh the truth can hurt the mentally cripple so much.

Another example was when she said blacks living in the Western Cape were refugees.

Helen Zille; Eastern Cape refugees in the Western Cape

Of course, she was right. Blacks were and still are fleeing the poor, utterly corrupt and misruled Eastern Cape (ruled by the ANC) for the relatively well run and affluent Western Cape (run by the DA). It is a fact. They ARE refugees. Nothing wrong with that statement, but instead of getting their act together in the Eastern Cape and holding the ANC accountable for their misrule, they took her to the HRC for it.

Nevertheless, Aunty Zille said on Sunday that there are more racist laws today than under apartheid.

Oh Crickey, did that cause a few ruffled feathers amongst the Libtards in the peanut gallery!!!

Politicsweb:Zille wrong to complain of no. of ANC race laws - Progress SA

DA temporary leader John Steenhuisen says Zille's tweets on apartheid not truthful

DA leaders distance themselves from Zille's tweet on racist laws

Of course, she is right, again. I mentioned it in my book and also before in articles…but the daft MSM who knows absolutely nothing about nothing had to go and compare it to make sure.

Zille says there are more racist laws today than under apartheid - we compared them

So, off the media went and ran to "Constitutional Law Expert" (nogal), and a Nelson Mandela Foundation researcher, Elmien du Plessis and University of Pretoria public law professor Bernard Bekink (both libtards) asking, “Is it true? Is it true? …”, virtually begging them to say, “No, scaredy-cats, Helen Zille is lying.”

However, Elmien du Plessis said that, “apartheid legislation cannot be compared to democratic-era legislation as the former was designed to exclude, exploit and oppress the majority.”…And, she admitted that…”today race is occasionally used in legislation to undo the discrimination caused during apartheid, but cannot be used to oppress any race in terms of the Constitution.”

Aaah yes…sounds all good at first glance, right?

Time to decipher the leftist gobbledygook for you.

See it is OK for the ANC to use racist laws to discriminate against innocent whites, coloureds and Indians (Chinese are honorary blacks, I kid you not) to redress the “Original Sin” of  "Evil Apartheid".

Seeing Apartheid and or Colonialism as intrinsically evil and having no good in it at all, is evil in itself. Was Apartheid/Colonialism a Vice or a Virtue? You have to weigh it against a moral standard, and that standard is the preservation and continuation of life. Seeing that Apartheid and Colonialism caused the demographics of blacks to explode, you can be the judge of the morality of Apartheid.

It is like saying that water is "Evil"...Why? because when a Tsunami comes it kills thousands of people. But water is essential to the preservation of life. Without it just about all life will die out on this planet. This is how libtards subjectively judge Apartheid completely out of context.

Apartheid had many faults, just like all political systems, but it was not "Intrinsically Evil". It was not the Original Sin of South Africa. In fact it kept the peace and saved far more lives than it cost.

Intrinsic vs. Extrinsic Value
Why Intrinsicism is evil
Why the concept of Original Sin is Evil

Most of these people who are today being discriminated against by the ANC were never born or lived under Apartheid, never voted for Apartheid (or voted against it in 1983 and 1992) and had absolutely nothing to do with Apartheid, yet the government and the law experts like Elmien du Plessis reckon it is fair to discriminate against them and oppress them purely based on the colour of their skin. Somehow, they “benefited” from Apartheid.

aka "Legalised Theft"
Elmien du Plessis closes her eyes for the oppression of minorities in South Africa through race based Affirmative Action, Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE), quotas in sport, quotas in university entry, etc…She closes her eyes for the inequality all these race-based laws created with blacks being first class citizens and being advantaged with tender contracts even if they are already stinking rich (yes Mr. Ramaphosa, I am talking to you) and whites and other minorities are second class citizens having to always suck on the hind tit of the ANC sow.

Nevertheless, Constitutional law expert, Elmien du Plessis could only come up with about nine racial discriminatory laws under Apartheid which she believes “Zille might have been referring to.”

Elmien du Plessis also “believes that there are much less race-based laws in South Africa than under apartheid”…

Now, I am not really interested in what “Constitutional Law Expert”, Elmien du Plessis “Believes”…I want the raw facts. Finished. But we will get to that shortly.

Prof Bernard Bekink
The other Learned Law expert the media ran to, University of Pretoria public law professor Bernard Bekink said “to the best of his knowledge, the only legislation currently making use of race in South Africa is”.

• The Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act of 2013 which aims to create incentive schemes to support black-owned and managed enterprises, among others.

• Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act of 2000 which aims to prevent unfair dismissal or harassment.

• Employment Equity Amendment Act of 2013 to, among others, regulate the prohibition of unfair discrimination against employees, and ensure equitable representation.

Jeezus…he is an EXPERT and he can only come up with THREE laws. I am a complete novice and I can come up with ten times more just from the top of my head!

Again, I am not interested in what Prof Bekink believes “to the best of his knowledge”, which seems very little anyway, I am only interested in the facts. But we will get to that shortly.

Another Nelson Mandela Foundation researcher Patronella Nqaba said "Helen's tweet amounts to apartheid denialism."

The crux of what Helen Zille actually said was that ALL racial discrimination is wrong. Something I fully, 100% agree with. That is why I believe in Axenic Apartheid. Racial discrimination becomes impossible if every race has its own country.

Let us look at the facts. Do the ANC today have more racial discriminatory laws than under Apartheid?

You bet your ass they do.

Martin Bosma
The Dutch MP, researcher, journalist and author, Martin Bosma, who holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and who was a journalist for CNN, ABC, the German RTL and the Dutch channel NOS, ...disagrees with Elmien du Plessis and Prof Bekink.

…and btw…Bosma is no stranger to South Africa. He does a lot of work amongst the Afrikaans community and has visited South Africa several times.

Nevertheless, Bosma, wrote in his book Minderheid in eigen land: hoe progressieve strijd ontaardt in genocide en ANC-apartheid or “Minority in your own country: how the progressive struggle resulted in a genocide and ANC Apartheid”, that ...

...under Apartheid there were 17 racial discriminatory laws. Under the ANC there are 114. (Minderheid in eigen land, Bosma, 2015, page 386).

There you have it Libtards…There are SEVEN TIMES more racial discriminatory laws in the New (Improved) South Africa than under Apartheid. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

The irony is that as his source Bosma used the thoroughly ANTI-Apartheid book of Max Coleman (HRC) “A crime against humanity: Analyzing the repression of the Apartheid State” (1998).

Bosma includes a complete list of all 17 old Apartheid racial laws and 114 ANC racial laws as his Annex 1; page 489. He meticulously points out how every single one of the ANC's laws discriminates on the basis of RACE.

Writes Bosma (freely translated from Dutch)…”These laws penetrate through to the farthest corners of social life…Who can start a gambling company, who can be active in the petroleum industry, who can sit on the board of the South African Weather Service, who gets agricultural subsidies, who becomes a prison officer? It's all set in non-racial South Africa: Race, race, race."(page 386)

Conclusion

One would think that journalists, or shall I rather call them “reporters”, of the MSM would first do their research and make sure of their facts before they spew their lies and rubbish, but alas, we know they just run to the sources that confirm their own confirmation bias.

Can you now understand why the ANC has never, to this day, ratified or signed the International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid (ICSPCA)? You would think they would be one of the first ones to sign it. Not so. The ANC Loooves Apartheid...as long as they can be the enforcers of it.

Actually that is wrong, because I wish they would separate from us and give us our own homeland and pay for it all with black taxpayer money...No, what the ANC is just plain racial discrimination and racial oppression. Not Apartheid.
