Europe starting to relax lockdown measures
As Italy is starting to open her restaurants again, Austria its borders and Germany its beer gardens, France is a bit hesitant. It could be that granny-grabber Macron is still trying to hold on to his new found power that slipped dramatically before Corona came to France or maybe he is just scared that the Yellow Vests will return the moment he relaxes the draconian lockdown measures he instituted. €157million worth of cheese has to be dumped in France, because of closed shops. Where is the sense and logic?
Be it as it may, they have made a new discovery in France now. France's first Corona case was in December 2019 and the most funniest thing about it is that the patient, a 43-year-old man from Bobigny, north-east of Paris, whose swab was taken before Christmas and now tested positive for Covid-19 hasn’t got a clue as to where he got it from, seeing that he never travelled abroad. The one doctor reckons the patient's wife worked at a supermarket near Charles de Gaulle airport and could have come into contact with people who had recently arrived from China. However, she never fell ill. Only the man and his two children.
This begs the question about how the swab can still be tested months later seeing that we are told that Corona lasts three days. OK it depends on who you ask, because it lasts longer on certain surfaces than others, it depends on the temperature and on the cruise vessel the Diamond Princess they still found RNA 17 days after Corona patients left.
Nevertheless, Mr. Hammar, our French patient was ill with Corona four days before the pandemic started in China.

And that is one of the problems we sit with at the moment. You just don’t know who to believe and who not to. The doctors are all divided into two camps it seems. Those who are for a lockdown and those who are against it. Those who trumpet the official WHO-MSM-Political narrative and those who call it rubbish.
You will have noticed that since Corona came, I never commented on the medical issue of Corona-Covid-19. I am not a doctor and this is not a medical blog, but I knew that this divide would come and the official narrative would be questioned. The lie can only be upheld for so long before truth proves victorious and I knew from experience that anything coming from the UN, such as the WHO has an agenda behind it. Besides, and you will notice from my very first report, I recognized that this was not a medical issue; it was a political issue. It was about power and the curtailing of individual human rights.
Meet the Good Judge from Germany
When the Corona rubbish started, I was just amazed that the politicians from around the world got away with their totalitarian power grabs so easily.
I mean, it is not as if politicians have ultimate power. They cannot just do what they want. Remember how Pink Frikkie told us about “checks and balances”? Where were these so-called “checks and balances” when Corona came?
What happened to the constitution? What happened to the Separation of powers into Legaslative, Executive and a Judiciary branches? What happened to a free and unbiased Press? Who was going to stop the politicians if they went too far?
It was just amazing to watch how people never questioned and naively simply trusted their politicians to act in “The Best interest of the People”…
Now you have seen what happens when politicians get drunk on power. Your individual human rights are trampled upon. I just hope that people have learned now that you NEVER give these politicians so much power. They WILL abuse it.
Nevertheless, when Corona first hit Italy and Giuseppe Conte started to rule by decree, with new laws coming out on an hourly basis, I knew that the writing was on the wall. It would just be a matter of time before this totalitarianism would spread to other countries as well.
The whole time I was waiting for a judge or lawyer to do something. To intervene and stop the politicians. Surely, they could not be allowed to destroy the economy of a country, to quarantine healthy people and imprison/fine people for exercising their constitutional rights. What happened to the world two months ago? Did it suddenly go mad?
From the start, it was clear to me that there would be an official narrative and that the media would toe the line. It is not as if they had much of a choice.

Well, in Germany, one brave judge put his foot down and drew a line.

On the 28th of April, Judge Rixecker and his seven fellow constitutional judges from the small state of Saarland, issued an 18-page report called “Decision in the name of the People” in which he overturned the politician’s decision that citizens were not allowed out of their homes without “Good Reason”. Now the people may leave their homes and meet with family.
With this decision he sent a clear Stop signal to the state and politicians to stop their interference and undermining of people’s constitutional rights. Said the Judge:
“It is not the citizen who has to justify why he is exercising a fundamental right, but the state who has to justify why and for how long he interferes with fundamental rights.”
See? Finally, a judge who actually knows how a democratic state works!
Continued the Judge…”Politicians must always "monitor, control and justify" all violations of fundamental rights from time to time. The longer the restrictions on freedom lasted, the higher the requirements for justification would have to be. Measures that may be urgently needed "in the hour of need" would have to be "re-evaluated" with advancing scientific knowledge.
In South Africa
I am just surprised that we don’t have such a Judge in South Africa. Where are our constitutional experts like Prof Pierre de Vos to put a stop to the power-grabbing corrupt ANC? After driving out our own doctors, they are now hiring Cuban doctors at astronomical costs. They obviously have to pay the doctors’ salaries as well as a fee to the Cuban Communist regime. There are kickbacks involved and the poor taxpayers have to foot the bill.
The original plan was for the arrival of 187 Cuban health professionals which, at that point, would have cost South Africa R439 916 337. In the end, 217 Cuban professionals arrived which would have cost more. South Africa spent at least R400m on Cuban Medical Brigade deployment
It is not only South Africa who got Cuban doctors. Qatar and Italy got some as well. The Cuban Regime said it earned $6.3 billion from its medical dispatches in 2018 and used the proceeds to finance its own universal healthcare coverage. Communist exploitation of the highest order.
Hey? Where are our Judges to put an end to this level of corruption? Where are our judges to stop the ANC goons in the police and army from beating people to death and preventing others from filming it? Where are our judges to tell the ANC to bugger off when they want sole distribution rights on food parcels?
And so I can go on…The economy is in tatters, the people are unemployed, starving and looting. Who is going to put a stop to this madness?
You have idiots like Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma (NDZ) banning cigaretes and a mafiosi police chief with a petty gripe against alcohol.

It was Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma who originally banned cigarette smoke in public places when she was Minister of Health under dead terrorist Nelson Mandela. She was the one who introduced the snake oil Virodene as a cure for AIDS, which turned out to be a dangerous industrial solvent. She was the one who awarded R14,27 million to her good friend Mbongeni Ngema to write a sequal to “Sarafina!” and then lied to parliament about the funding. She was the one, as Minister of Foreign affairs under Thabo Mpekkie who decided on “Quiet Diplomacy” when Robert Mugabe’s goons were invading farms and driving whites out of Zimbabwe. That this thing is not behind bars yet is astonishing. That she managed to get a medical doctorate from the UK is a miracle. How much of her studies she completed herself is also a mystery seeing that Professor Sir Raymond (Bill) Hoffenberg , Oliver Tambo’s doctor, helped her with it, although he admitted to have helped her only “by overcoming some formalities and bureaucratic hurdles”. – Ja, swaer.

People have been caught by surprise with Corona. They are still shell-shocked. They just follow the herd and follow the leader. Logic has gone out the porthole. Nobody thinks for themselves anymore.
It is the first time in history that I see healthy people are being quarantined. You quarantine the sick not the healthy. Risky cases like older people and people with low immune strength like those on chemo therapy, etc. should be isolated and kept safe, but not quarantined. There is no need to shut the entire world economy down, put millions out of jobs and impoverish everyone.
Everyone is suspicious of everyone else. If you are outspoken about your individual human rights you are classed as an enemy of the State. An enemy of society. You are a fringe rightwinger or something.
If you insist on practicing your constitutional rights of freedom of movement and association, you are selfish, egotistical and branded an idiot…a “Covidiot”, yet the true idiots are wearing their little masks like good citizens not realizing that these things are symbols of obedience to a tyrannical, dictatorial and totalitarian regime. Rip it off! Throw it away! What is wrong with you people?
This madness has to end, and unfortunately it seems more and more that it will only end when WE end it. WE have to defy and revolt. WE have to reign in the power drunk politicians, because there is no way they will do it themselves and no way any of the so-called “Checks and Balances” will do it for us.
But putting a stop to the politicians’ abuse of power is only a transitional step. We have to look at those amendments to our constitutions that allowed them this Powergrab in the first place and delete them. Strike them off! Strike them out! This bullshit must NEVER, EVER happen again. Politicians have proven that they cannot handle power responsibly.
What kind of world do we want after Corona?
Well, speaking for myself, I don’t want a world in which one has to sit in the pub with a damn mask on one’s face. I don’t want a world where we don’t shake hands and hug anymore. I don’t want a world where we have to stay 2 meters from each other all the time. I don’t want a world where we watch Rugby and Football played in empty stadiums. I don’t want a world where you have to treat everyone as a possible source of Covid-19…and I definitely do not want to be immunized and micro chipped. 
I can further tell you, that I will be a different person from now on. I will never forgive these bastard politicians, their Medical Mafia advisers and their goons for robbing me of two months of my life. Two months I will never get back again. I will strive for far more autonomy and self-reliance. My trust in government, any government, was always low, but now it is completely gone. Same with the lying media. I will shun them. I have no more faith in any politicians from any side. Right or Left, Conservative or Liberal, they are from now on my enemy and I will treat them like that. There will be no more blindly following laws and paying taxes. There will be defiance around every corner. There will be taking part in demonstrations and from now on, I don’t care who is in charge, there will be resistance. I don’t care who thinks they are right or wrong; there will be support to the opposition…always.
