Donkeys ordered to wear Nappies in Kenya’s Wajir town
The town has a newly tarred road and after waiting decades for it to come…the only one in the entire town… the town council obviously wants to keep it clean.
So the brilliant solution came to force the donkey cart owners to wear nappies on their donkeys.
However the donkey cart owners are upset. They think the politicians are all a bunch of jackasses.
